Dr Ali Niknejad was a Postdoctoral Research Associate with TSL between 2016 and 2017. He was involved in an EPSRC-funded research project focusing on maritime analytics, which resulted in the development of a novel vessel chartering platform.

He has a background in uncertainty and risk management in supply chains using fuzzy arithmetic, mathematical optimisation methods and development of decision support tools.
